The Creative Ladder is on a mission to educate young students and people about creative careers in marketing and advertising, especially those from under-represented populations. To show students what working in a creative field is like, we created Agen-z, a virtual ad agency that lives in the metaverse. Here students from around the world can explore creative careers in a safe and inclusive environment, while producing real work for real brands, earning school credit, and competing for scholarships, grants, and a chance to see their work come to life on set with Ryan Reynolds (Creative Ladder co-founder).
